Dr. Rena Saini BSc, ND
Clinic Co-owner of Conscious Collective Health
I believe we all have the ability to heal our own body. When going through my share of health issues, I felt like my body and I were at war. I was frustrated at how incompetent and weak my body was.
Finally, after years of struggling, I came to this realization that one thing was certain-my body listened to EVERYTHING I told it good or bad.
We became friends. I realized it fiercely protects me when I am in danger, gives me strength when I am weak, and it shines when I am kind to it.
As a Naturopathic Doctor, I have learned how what we feel impacts our own health and wellbeing. For this reason, I address emotional healing alongside Naturopathic healing.
Jessica Arends MA, RCC
I want to support you towards your personal goals and the outcomes you would like to see. Our first session will be focused on identifying what you hope to get out of counselling.
From there, I draw on my various training and experience to support you. My approach is integrative and person-centered, utilizing skills and techniques from attachment theory, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness.
I have an M.A. in Counselling, along with additional training in areas such as DBT and EMDR. Most of my work experience has been with survivors of trauma and abuse, and I have extensive training in trauma therapy. I am also experienced in working with anxiety, depression, suicidality, and relationship challenges.
Jess Holtslander, MSW, Advanced Certified Grief Recovery Specialist
As an Advanced Certified Grief Recovery Specialist with a MSW (registration pending), I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their grief journey. Grief can result from a number of losses and life changes, and it can take many forms. It can even appear in our bodies in different ways, similar to stress and trauma. Regardless of the form grief takes, it’s normal.
My approach is truth-centered as I work collaboratively with adults and adolescents in learning to grow through the pain of grief and loss. Aside from grief, loss, and mental health, my other areas of expertise include shame and guilt, attachment, and family dynamics. I also have years of experience working with individuals of all ages who had neurodevelopmental disabilities, disorders, and/or mental health challenges.
I look forward to providing others with the space to share their story, their pain, and their loss(es) as I listen and learn how I can help; the time to acknowledge pain and loss while discovering different ways of moving through grief; the tools to help process and see experiences, losses, and relationships in a new way; and the support to find hope, purpose, meaning, and joy in life again.

Tara Henderson, Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist & Certified Reiki Level II
I help people heal from trauma, including childhood trauma which is my specialty as I have gone through it my self and highly recommend working in this area to remove symptoms holding you back today I also help heal in addiction, anxiety, fears and weight loss and Stop smoking and I can help you enhance areas such as sports and motivation and many more options!
I myself have used hypnotherapy to enhance many areas of my own life from money blocks to childhood trauma and I also healed and fixed my own addiction with alcohol
Hypnotherapy is a process of going into the subconscious mind by trance (hypnosis) there we quiet the monkey chatter known as the critical mind the conscious mind then we find those exact moments of trauma, and I guide you through your own healing.
I am from Vancouver, BC born and raised, I relocated to the Okanagan 3 years ago with my family - two boys age 7and 10 years old. Hypnotherapy has been my passion for over 3 years as it drastically changed my life. I have healed and learned how to deal with anxiety and stress and without hypnotherapy I wouldn't be sober and the best person and mother I can be.
Since I have been through many of the same things my clients have they come to me knowing I have a real connection and ability to help. I feel more people need to understand the importance of healing and removing old stories and beliefs to create a more successful happy life.
Emerick Reid, BSW MSW RSW
I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist who provides individual counselling for adolescents and adults, as well as relationship counselling. My approach to practice is trauma informed, somatic focused, and primarily based in attachment theory.
I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) - a process during which disturbing or traumatic memories are shifted to factual through the use of bilateral stimulation and desensitization techniques. EMDR is an effective and evidence-based treatment used to unblock past issues in order to allow them to be reprocessed in a way that promotes adaptive resolution.
My treatment focus begins with clearing out the "roots" of the current issue by addressing past experiences that keep us stuck in repetitive, self-defeating patterns in relationships. I believe in providing lasting and effective change - working collaboratively to improve your quality of life and relationships.
